Following on her huge success on TV, Gillian McKeith has agreed to be key speaker for Saturday. RTE’s Health Squad [Paula Mee & Karen Ward] will also be headlining Saturday’s programme. The key speaker for Sunday will be Jan deVries. Monday will see the return of Dr John McKenna, author of “Hard to Stomach” and Ireland’s leading expert on allergies. In total up to 20 lectures and workshops are mounted each day in four different lecture halls.

This year’s show will feature an even bigger section dedicated to Irish artisan food producers, a section that is always mobbed by keen samplers of everything from organic cheese to delicious jams, chutneys, and organic breads. And at the centre of the show floor is a new area dedicated both to food and to skin care demonstrations, which will run continuously throughout each afternoon.
Every year members of the public travelled from every corner of the country just to attend the show. This show has become the major event in the Irish Alternative Health Calendar.
